We’re Kacie and Katie—best friends, business partners, and co-founders of IT ALL. In 2021, we bet on ourselves (and each other) to build a company rooted in one radical belief: women deserve to be the authors, main characters, and narrators of their own stories—living on their own terms and creating as much money, freedom, and impact as they desire.
Together, we bring 30+ years of experience in corporate leadership, social impact, and entrepreneurship. We’ve climbed ladders, blown up plans, and navigated major life pivots—all of which taught us what it takes to create change that’s not just bold, but sustainable.
